7th Generation Apple iPod Nano Camera(s) 2011-12

There are currently six generations of the Apple iPod nano and as you look at the history of this product, you can see that the device has undergone changes in the form factor right up until the current version which is smaller and has a touchscreen.
According to reports, Apple is said to be preparing their next generation iPod nano and we’re starting to receive some insight into what kinds of changes can be expected. From what we are hearing, the 7th generation device will have few form factor changes, but the big change will be the inclusion of one or possibly a pair of digital cameras. There will be at least one camera positioned on the back of the music player and there is also the possibility of a front facing camera. The leaked image which has surfaced shows the device with a camera hole that has been cut out.
Like all leaks and rumors, there is always the possibility that this image has been faked but the source of the leak, 9to5Mac has had a good history in breaking these types of stories previously. We can expect that the 7th generation iPod nano will be available in early September and as we get closer to this launch date, we should here more details about this product.
